Our Commitment to More Sustainable Shipping

Indra has chosen DHL Express GoGreen Plus* to help reduce CO₂ emissions associated with its international express air shipments.

The GoGreen Plus service is based on the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), a solution that reduces greenhouse gas emissions by up to 80%* compared to traditional fossil jet fuel.

Through the Book & Claim (insetting) model, DHL Express purchases SAF and applies the corresponding emissions reductions to the shipments included in the service, based on the agreed scope and coverage level.

*GoGreen Plus is a value-added service for DHL shipments that contributes to decarbonization efforts within DHL’s logistics network. By using alternative fuels and technologies, DHL reduces the use of fossil fuels in the modes of transport and in the facilities used for GoGreen Plus shipments. This does not necessarily mean that the specific shipment is physically transported by vehicles or handled in facilities that use these fuels or technologies.
