Precision Engineering for Critical Applications

Indra Monoflange needle valves are a compact, high-integrity alternative to traditional multi-valve assemblies for pressure instrument connections. Manufactured entirely in-house at our Italian facility near Milan, each monoflange is produced from a single forged body, eliminating the complexity of multiple flanged joints and significantly reducing the number of potential leak paths and fugitive emission sources.

The integrated design minimizes footprint and system weight, reducing vibration and mechanical stress and often eliminating the need for additional pipe supports. This translates directly into lower installation time, reduced procurement complexity, and simplified maintenance throughout the product’s service life.

Available in SB, SBB, and DBB configurations, in Flange/Flange or Flange/Threaded connection options, with flange faces in Flat Face (FF), Raised Face (RF), or Ring Joint (RTJ) finishes. All monoflange valves can be equipped with a safety locking provision, supporting both padlockable handles and locking pins to prevent unauthorized or accidental operation. Engineered versions for low temperature and cryogenic service are available, designed to withstand extreme conditions and ensure safe and efficient operation.

Materials range from Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel 316/316L to Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel 625, Incoloy 825, Monel 400, Hastelloy C276, and Titanium, all NACE-compliant versions available upon request.
