Manifolds

Integrated multi-valve blocks for differential and static pressure instrument isolation, from 6,000 to 10,000 PSI.

Why Indra Manifolds

Indra instrumentation manifolds are single-body blocks machined from solid barstock or forged, incorporating 2 to 5 valves to control flow, pressure, and measurement of process media. Designed for Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Chemical and Petrochemical industries, they replace complex assemblies of individual valves and fittings with a compact, high-pressure-rated unit that ensures safety, efficiency, and precise process measurement.

Precision Engineering for Critical Applications

Indra instrumentation manifolds represent a complete solution for pressure and differential pressure measurement in the most demanding industrial environments. Manufactured entirely in-house at our Italian facility near Milan, each manifold is machined from solid barstock or forged, eliminating internal weld points and ensuring a high-integrity pressure boundary under extreme conditions.

The Indra manifold range covers every instrumentation requirement: from the compact 2 valves manifold for static pressure gauge isolation, to the 3 valves manifold for differential pressure instrument calibration, up to the 4–5 valves manifold for applications demanding full isolation, independent dual venting, and equalization. Distribution manifolds extend the range further, providing centralized multi-instrument supply or drain collection from a single body with 4 to 12 independent ways.

All manifolds share the same construction philosophy as Indra needle valves: blow-out proof stem design, non-rotating stem tip, and multiple sealing points guarantee zero leakage and safe operation throughout the product’s service life. Materials include Stainless Steel 316/316L, Duplex, Monel, Hastelloy and other exotic alloys, all NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 compliant for sour gas service.

Available in direct and remote mounting, flanged and threaded process connections, with PTFE or Graphite seals, and configurable with OS&Y bonnet, lockable operators, fire-safe certification, and fugitive emission compliance, Indra manifolds adapt to any project specification.

Advanced Bonnet Technology

The bonnet is a critical component ensuring smooth, safe, and leak-free operation.

Indra’s proprietary designs feature:

  • Blow-out proof stem for operator safety
  • Multiple sealing points against leakage
  • Non-rotating stem tip preventing seat wear
  • OS&Y design for extended service life
