Distribution Manifolds & Drain Collectors

Single-body blocks for centralized distribution or collection of process fluid across multiple instrument lines

What Are Distribution Manifolds & Drain Collectors?

A Distribution Manifold is a high-integrity, centralized block used to efficiently and safely split a primary utility fluid or gas stream into multiple, individually controlled lines. These manifolds are essential for pressure instrument isolation, gauges, switches, transmitters, and are made from one single body with 4 to 12 independent ways to the service.

Drain Collectors serve the complementary function: they consolidate the drain connections of multiple pressure instruments, gauges, switches, transmitters, into a single body, with 10 to 20 independent inlets from the service.

Both products are machined from a single piece of barstock material, minimizing connections and weld points, and drastically reducing the risk of leaks while enhancing overall pressure integrity.

Key Features

Single-Body Construction

Machined from a single piece of barstock material, eliminating all internal weld points and minimizing connections, drastically reducing the risk of leaks and enhancing overall pressure integrity.

Scalable Number of Ways

Distribution manifolds are available from 4 to 12 independent ways (or multiples), drain collectors from 10 to 20 independent inlets, covering any project requirement in a single product.

Two Drain Collector Inlet Geometries

Straight inlet (MOD. 110/120) and 45° angled inlet (MOD. 210/220) configurations allow adaptation to different piping layouts and installation constraints.

Centralized Multi-Instrument Supply or Drain

Replaces multiple individual manifolds, fittings, and connections with a single high-integrity block, reducing installation complexity and the number of potential leak points across the entire instrument group.

Configuration Options

Distribution Manifolds & Drain Collectors Manifolds can be customized to meet your specific requirements:

Distribution Manifolds

• 4 to 12 ways (MOD. 604 to 612)
• Multiple / custom configurations
• With or without vent

Drain Collectors

• 10 or 20 inlets (MOD. 110/120 and 210/220)
• Straight inlet geometry
• 45° angled inlet geometry

End Connections

• Threaded (NPT) F/F
• Custom configurations

Where Distribution Manifolds & Drain Collectors Excel

Distribution manifolds and drain collectors are the ideal choice for:

Centralized pressure instrument distribution on large skids or platforms, replacing multiple individual manifolds with a single high-integrity block

Gauge, switch, and transmitter isolation across 4 to 12 independent instrument lines from a single process tap

Consolidated drain collection from 10 to 20 instruments into a single controlled outlet, simplifying drain system design

Projects requiring minimized weld points and connections to meet the most stringent leak and fugitive emission requirements
