Distribution Manifolds & Drain Collectors
Single-body blocks for centralized distribution or collection of process fluid across multiple instrument lines
What Are Distribution Manifolds & Drain Collectors?
A Distribution Manifold is a high-integrity, centralized block used to efficiently and safely split a primary utility fluid or gas stream into multiple, individually controlled lines. These manifolds are essential for pressure instrument isolation, gauges, switches, transmitters, and are made from one single body with 4 to 12 independent ways to the service.
Drain Collectors serve the complementary function: they consolidate the drain connections of multiple pressure instruments, gauges, switches, transmitters, into a single body, with 10 to 20 independent inlets from the service.
Both products are machined from a single piece of barstock material, minimizing connections and weld points, and drastically reducing the risk of leaks while enhancing overall pressure integrity.
✓One single-body block replaces multiple valves, fittings, and manifolds, minimized leak paths, simplified installation

Where Distribution Manifolds & Drain Collectors Excel
Distribution manifolds and drain collectors are the ideal choice for:
Centralized pressure instrument distribution on large skids or platforms, replacing multiple individual manifolds with a single high-integrity block
Gauge, switch, and transmitter isolation across 4 to 12 independent instrument lines from a single process tap
Consolidated drain collection from 10 to 20 instruments into a single controlled outlet, simplifying drain system design
Projects requiring minimized weld points and connections to meet the most stringent leak and fugitive emission requirements
