Monoblock Needle Valves

Heavy-duty single-piece interface between process lines or vessels and pressure instruments, direct mounting with SB, SBB, DB, and DBB designs up to 15000 PSI

Why Indra Monoblock Valves

Indra Monoblock needle valves provide a heavy-duty, single-piece interface between process lines or vessels and pressure instruments. Designed for direct mounting, they ensure reliable isolation while eliminating the complexity of traditional multi-valve “Christmas tree” assemblies. Available in SB, SBB, DB, and DBB designs, they deliver a more compact and reliable solution for high-pressure applications, with exceptional connection flexibility across threaded, flanged, welded, and hub configurations.

Precision Engineering for Critical Applications

Indra Monoblock needle valves are a heavy-duty alternative to traditional multi-valve “Christmas tree” assemblies for direct instrument mounting on process lines and vessels. Manufactured entirely in-house at our Italian facility near Milan, each monoblock is built from a one-piece forged body providing superior strength and durability, rated up to 15,000 PSI.

The Monoblock series offers exceptional connection flexibility, accommodating threaded, flanged, butt-weld, socket-weld, and hub inlet/outlet combinations to ensure compact installation and reliable integration with process lines and pressure instruments across any project specification. The hub connection is a compact, clamp-style mechanical interface designed for high-pressure and subsea service, providing significant weight reduction and superior vibration resistance.

Available in SB, SBB, DB, and DBB designs, Monoblock valves feature anti-blowout stems and non-rotating tips for precise control and operator safety, with high-quality needle internals enabling easy servicing and reduced downtime. The series is a streamlined alternative to multi-valve manifolds, reducing weight, installation effort, and system complexity.

Materials range from Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel 316/316L to Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel 625, Incoloy 825, Monel 400, Hastelloy C276, and Titanium, all NACE-compliant versions available upon request.
