In-line Needle Valves
Straight-through flow design for direct integration in process lines
What Are In-Line Needle Valves?
In-line needle valves are precision flow control devices designed to be installed directly within a straight run of piping or tubing. The inlet and outlet ports are aligned on the same axis (180 degrees apart), allowing fluid to enter and exit along a straight path.
This configuration is ideal for standard pressure measurement points where the piping layout is already linear, eliminating the need for additional elbows or fittings.
Common applications include: pressure gauge isolation, transmitter isolation in straight runs, and standard process instrumentation where the flow path follows the pipe direction.
Minimal pressure drop with straight-through flow path

Where In-Line Valves Excel
In-line needle valves are the ideal choice for:
Pressure gauge isolation in straight pipe runs
Transmitter isolation where linear flow is required
Standard process instrumentation without directional changes
Applications where pipe routing is already linear and space permits
